Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. It needs to be unused and in perfect conditions for resale.

RETURN PROCESS
Before returning an item, please contact customer service at help@wellody.shop to obtain a "product return form" and a Return Address. After receiving the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and place the product return form attaching your proof of purchase ( receipt/bank statement.)

Your return shipment will be charged to you. If you return an item we will also need and verify the reason of your request, so you should give us 2-3 days to verify the problem.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. There will be a 50% re-stocking fee and original shipping cost deductable to your original payment before we can issue your refund.

EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • perishable items
  • intimates
  • gift cards
  • custom items
  • digital products
  • products suscettible to contamination

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be deemed as non-returnable items.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or sender.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us the top of the page and send us an email. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.

   

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email on help@wellody.shop
